The project is located in the periphery of Chengdu and Chongqing economic circle, with a superior geographical location. The content of the project is to build a domestic sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 30,000 tons/day and its supporting pipeline network. The construction scale of the first phase is 15,000 tons/day. The project adopts the BOT franchise model with a franchise period of 30 years.
