CAMCE signed an EPC contract for a biorefinery plant in the Republic of Belarus
On the afternoon of December 22, CAMCE and Great Stone Biorefinery Co., Ltd (GS Biorefinery) invested by the Swede, signed an EPC contract for the construction of a bioprocessing plant in the Republic of Belarus.
In the presence of Wang Bo, Chairman of CAMCE and Johan Berggren, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GS Biorefineri, Liu Jiadang, Director of CAMCE Eurasia Division and Johan Dunb?ck, General Manager of GS Biorefinery signed the contract in Beijing and Stockholm respectively on behalf of both parties via video. Yang Dong, Assistant to General Manager of CAMCE, and Huang Feng, General Counsel of CAMCE attended the ceremony.
The biorefinery plant is located in the China-Belarus Industrial Park, with production capacity of 400,000 tons of black pellets and 130,000 tons of wood sugar per year. The construction will last 24 months and the advanced vapor explosion technology will be applied in the project. Wood Force Co., Ltd. will provide design and technical consulting services for the project.
